Coastal view Living in the Countryside means we are blessed with being able to disappear and exercise wherever we like without being watched! As an outdoors person myself I would warn you that all the sessions will be weather proof and only in the cruellest of weathers or risk of danger will I think of cancelling! However, in that instance I would be calling you beforehand to ensure adequate clothing etc.

Also, in the outdoor theme, I also offer a walking with resistance session which is ideal for dog walkers or older people. We go for a walk (time dependent on you) and along the route, we do a series of resistance exercises to get the heart going and muscles working.

On the beachIt is very important that people do sufficient resistance work in their exercise, particularly older people as it helps prevent bone degenerative diseases such as osteoporosis. The government recommends everyone does at least 30mins of physical activity per day and this is an ideal way for people to get some exercise without having to go to a gym. Bring a friend or a group of up to 6 would be the best option as it can be made a social event as well!
