Why Online??

  • Do you ever go to the gym with the best intentions but never quite know what to do or how to progress each time?
  • Do you go to the gym, see that loads of macho guys are all on the free weights and machines so just sit on the bike instead for ½ hour?
  • Have you ever thought…”I wish I could have a personal trainer” but realised how expensive they can be?
  • If not any of the above, I bet you’ve thought….”hmmm, cant be bothered…no ones gonna know if I don’t go to the gym, or go for a run” 

….I know you have because I have lots of times!! And if a personal fitness trainer thinks like that sometimes, so does everyone else! STOP RIGHT THERE!

Fact

Without doing myself out of a job here, online fitness training is a cheaper, flexible option, which gives individuals the freedom to decide when to workout with the support and guidance of a qualified personal trainer via the internet.

As a personal trainer near Chudleigh, Devon, I am limited to one-to-one training within a 30min radius of my house. Therefore, online I can offer anyone in the UK my services via email.

This option is ideal for busy, working people, maybe with families or irregular shifts. Or you may simply want a helping hand in the right direction. All you need is a goal (not the football kind) and access to either a gym or have space in the house to workout.

One-to-one Vs online

Having a personal trainer in the physical sense is definitely the preferred option. However, in all honesty, this option is not ideal for some as it can be expensive, inaccessible or unpractical.

The online option provides a personalised, 4 week exercise plan based on personal circumstances, personality, physicality and most of all, personal goals. You have the freedom to ask questions about the program, fitness in general or nutritional advice via email.

All I require is that you complete the online survey (click START NOW below) honestly so I can create a safe and effective plan. In returning the form, you are signing to say the information you have provided is correct and you are responsible for your safety and wellbeing throughout.

£30 per 4 week plan (via paypal, payment link at the end of the online form)

Future

As an online client I will keep a record of your progress and any subsequent plans will be based on the success of the previous. I will therefore require a weekly email to let me know how you’re getting on and if necessary can modify the current plan.

Either way, if you’re not having fun or not benefiting from it, its not worth doing! Contrary to popular belief, exercise doesn’t have to be painful and fitness is not just something that only athletic people do.
