 If you live within a 15 mile radius of Newark-on-Trent, or would be happy to travel to Newark, Salad-dodgers can offer you a range of services. As a Personal Trainer I will do everything in my power to help you achieve your goals, whatever they be, and will endeavour to make the journey as pain free as possible! However at salad-dodgers we have no boundaries so if it is the pain boundary you are looking for and want to push your body to the extreme then that can always be arranged, you only have to ask and we will train you harder!

ball balance If you’re a ‘gymphobe’ who does not like training in front of others, then don't worry, when conducting gym style training, I train out of my small private gym, it will just be us during the session.  However there is also the possibility of training at your home whereby I will bring all the equipment and specially designed programmes as necessary. Similarly, exercise outdoors is a significant part of the salad-dodgers ethos. In Newark there are some lovely places to use for Outdoor training, which include parks, fields and woods so we enjoy using them all to their full potential.

If you don't fancy going it alone and would like some support then why not invite a friend for one session or all...training as a pair would be no extra cost just split the usual cost between you (this offer allows max of 2 people per session).
