One-to-one PT

IMG_1383.JPGAs a mobile Personal Trainer, I travel to meet people, either in their homes or outside somewhere appropriate. This makes it a lot easier for you if you have children at home, don't drive, or have a tight schedule.  

Naturally, I like to make sure everyone gets their preferred time slot but time is always against a PT!

Please see the list of services available, but as a rule of thumb, if we meet within a 10 minute radius of TQ13 0NP, the cost is a simple £30per hour and then up to a 30min drive this price goes up to £35. Anymore than 30mins drive and I'm afraid I cannot commit to training. Don't worry, this is based on normal driving! If a tree comes down or sheep block a road, you won't be charged!

Teign Valley, Chudleigh, Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot, Teignmouth, Dawlish, Exeter, Totnes, Ashburton, Kenford, Stokeinteignhead, Bovey Tracey, Chudleigh Knighton, Mortenhampstead, Chagford ... or just ask :o) 

As a Personal Trainer I will do everything in my power to help you achieve your goals, whatever they be, and will endeavour to make the journey as pain free as possible! However at salad-dodgers we have no boundaries so if it is the pain boundary you are looking for and want to push your body to the extreme then that can always be arranged, you only have to ask and we will train you harder!

Exercise outdoors is a significant part of the salad-dodgers ethos. In Devon there are some lovely places to use for outdoor training, including beaches, woods, parks and the moors so I enjoy using them all to their full potential (severe weather permitting!)

Personal Training at salad-dodgers is all about motivation and enthusiasm, offering up-to-date training techniques and programmes, expert advice and exclusive guidance towards achieving your goals, whatever they may be! I believe in adapting lifestyles gradually to suit individual needs rather than shocking the system so there are NO quick fixes here!

Bring a Friend

If you don't fancy going it alone and would like some support then why not invite a friend for one session or all...training as a pair makes it a little more social and we can get some competition between you if you fancy it!

This is for 2 people maximum and it is very helpful to know levels of fitness and ability prior to the session so please let me know.
