Check out the options below, if you would like to train with two or more people.

Bring a friend

If it's the cost you are concerned with, how about bringing a friend along with you for an hour session and pay half each. In this instance i would need to do a separate consultion and first session for both.

Group Sessions

If you would prefer to exercise as a group of up to 6 people, let me know and I can draw up an hours session for the group and we can arrange a regular time to meet up. This is ideal if you have a large room available at home or want to exercise outdoors. Unless at an off peak time this is an unrealistic option in the gym. This is an excellent option for older clients.
