Before you sign up to personal training, Salad-Dodgers believes it is important for you to meet your potential personal trainer to ensure you feel comfortable with who you will be working with and understand all of the potential services open to you. Therefore the initial meeting, which will last approx. 30 minutes is completely free and in no way ties you in to taking out any further services. In this time we will conduct a quick health assessment, including Blood pressure, Heart Rate and a few body measurements subject to requirement and a basic postural assessment. We will have a good chat about your lifestyle in general and discuss goal setting.
Based on the information provided I will suggest ways to go about achieving your goals and hopefully, if you are happy, we will continue to work together to achieve them! Nothing is impossible, I will do everything in my power to help you reach your target, whatever that might be. All I will require is some listening ears and a positive attitude!
