Anyone who can be bothered to faff with the peeling, the mess and the washing up (I defy anyone to stay clean) will agree that any homemade fruit smoothies are totally worth it! That’s probably something to do with the blood and sweat it takes to make them but let’s be sensible, they’re cheaper, u can freeze them and they’re healthy.
Fruits with bitty textures or have lots of pips are annoying to blend so avoid unless:
‘I can't recommend any yoghurty ones as I don’t like them! Sorry.’
