To make 1 pint

1 ripe banana
½ -1pt milk (depending on taste/thickness)

….blend in a blender or equivalent!

Varieties

  • Add 1 tsp cocoa powder = Chocbanana
  • 1 tsp toffee flavouring  = Banoffee
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder = Cinnamonny
  • 1 tsp nutmeg = Nutmeggy
