Circuit training is a cunning way of exercising ALL the main muscle groups, body parts and energy systems. The Coddington Community Centre circuits have been running regularly since October 2010 and involve a different circuit each week to maintain variety and enthusiasm. The circuits include a range of exercises, some static and others more mobile, but all able to be tailored to your own personal fitness levels.
There are showers, toilets and a kitchen area available, if needed, so please come along and give it a try :o)
